Telehealth / Online Consultations

  • Available when clinically appropriate.

  • Informed consent will be obtained before all online sessions.

  • Records are stored securely in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Booking, Payments & Insurance

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Payment is required at the time of treatment.

  • Insurance clients must provide authorisation details prior to their appointment.

  • Card details may be requested to ensure payment of any insurance excess, missed appointment, or late cancellation fee. These details are stored securely via Stripe, and no charge will be made without prior notification.

Complaints Procedure

  • Informal: discuss with your clinician or admin team.

  • Formal: email info@trust-physio.co.uk or post to 'Trust Physio, Saxon Pool and Leisure Centre, Saxon Drive, Biggleswade, SG18 8SU'

  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days.

  • Unresolved complaints can be referred to the HCPC or CSP.
