  • Card details collected for booking, insurance excess, or cancellation purposes are stored securely via Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

  • No unauthorised payment will ever be taken without prior notice.

  • Physical records are stored in locked cabinets; access is limited to authorised personnel.

  • Medical records are retained for 8 years after treatment ends (or longer if required by law).
